I really like this coffee press, I have been using it for months now and I only need 1 or 2 cups of coffee in the morning. This is perfect for what I need. It washes out easily but you do have to put the coffee into an insulated cup to keep it warm for longer periods of time, I drink my coffee slow. The next one I get will be stainless steel to keep it hot longer, but I bought this one because it was a great price and does the job. I recommend this to anyone who wants a better tasting coffee.


The french press works well as does the frother. The frother doesn't steam the milk, like a cappacino, but it blends and aerates.


We recently purchased the Bonjour Hugo 2-Piece Coffee Press and Frother Set and absolutely love it! Even though the french press has had mixed reviews I ordered this set anyway because it was the same price or less than many of the frothers alone. The frother is powerful and easy to control and the french press works like a charm and is well made. If used correctly, I cannot see it falling apart.


I bought the Bonjour Hugo coffee press with frother. The size is perfect for me as I do not make a lot of coffee at a time. I haven't used the frother yet. Coffee made in this coffee press does not get bitter like it does in an electric pot because it doesn't cook. I love it and would buy from this seller again.


Never really used another press, so I can't compare it to the more expensive models, but it works just fine for me. Made several cups of coffee with no grounds. Made from very durable plastic. Frother works great too.

I highly recommend this coffee press!! It is like a half the price of other brands. But double the size!! (Plus you get the frother as a bonus!)

First time using a coffee press. The coffee I used may have been too fine since there were some coffee sediment that slipped through the filter but not enough to affect my enjoyment of the coffee. Although I did not have any use for the frother, I did put in 2 batteries and turned it on in some liquid. It looks like it will do the job. The size of the coffee maker was just about right for the size of mug I use. It cleaned easily.


This press is great. I love that the carafe is unbreakable, which is always a problem with glass versions. I haven't had any bubbling or cracking in the carafe at all, and I've had it for over a month. Another great feature is the screen that is attached to the cap and which sits behind the pour spout so you don't get a lot of grounds and such in your cup. Excellent idea and not all French press coffee makers have it.

I got this as a Gold Box Deal, so only paid $10 for it, which made it an even better deal, but even at full price it's totally worth the money.


What you see is what you get :) An easy to use coffee/tea press with frother.

Although I liked my previous glass press, this plastic press works just the same.

The bottom plastic coaster can be removed and be used for your cup or glass.
The press top has a fine strainer attached to it where one pours from to catch any loose leaves. The plunger however is circled with rubber making difficult for leaves to slip by anyway. So there seems to be a good balance.

For its price, you can't go wrong. Easy to clean, durable material and milk frother. I used oversized mugs so I get two servings per press. Wash with water and baking soda to help remove coffee smell if you want to use it for tea.


This is a great buy. We take it along when we travel and make great coffee in our room. No more inferior coffee!!
